Interview
After applying through my campus career center, I was offered an interview. I met with a Senior Partner for an hour. He walked me through a rather challenging case on a hypothetical broadband tv company. The only prescribed question he had was "Why SKP?" He was intent on keeping the process casual- no awkward behavioral interview questions or case slides here! He personally followed up on the interview via email. This was one of my most pleasant, natural consulting interview experiences I had.
Step 1 is a cognitive reasoning test, Step 2 and 3 are 2 video conference interviews and then step 4 is 4 more in person interviews with leaders of the office and division you are applying for
