Applied online and got the e-mail I could go for an interview a few weeks to month later. When I arrived to their offices the consultant immediately greeted me in French and had my interview in French. However for the case I requested to do it in English as I had never done it in French before and they were very nice about it. Over all good interview experience.

As a first step in the process, I was asked to take an online test (Numeracy Reasoning) one week after sending my application. It's been a week since I did it and still no feedback.
My advice for the test is to train before. You must be fast AND accurate. You don't have much time per question.
