I applied on the company’s website, the interview process with a call from the lovely Talent team and progresses into an assessment centre.
The assessment centre was made up of an introductory presentation, a tour, group exercise, one to one interview, roleplay and an IT test for data entry.

WOW! What a Journey this Interview process has been😁. It all started with an email from Shab one of the recruiters form Simply Business which lead to a phone call to check my suitability for the role. Two Zoom meetings later, one a Sales Task and the another a Competency and Values based questions. All the interviewers were very professional, informative, helpful, jovial and genuinely they all want you to succeed and be part of the team!

Phone interview ,followed by an assessment centre. They booked an appointment after the phone interview for me to attend a session called assessment centre.This took approximately 3hrs. Call listening,role play, interview and a surprise task.
