Started off with a tour around the building, and the assessment centre contained a role play, presentation of the company, 1 to 1 interview as well as a surprise activity.

Interview
Tel interview followed by invitation to assessment centre with 5 other interviewees. Interactive presentation, tour of office, competency-based interview, role play, and data entry test. Literally everyone involved in the process was kind, funny, and understanding. I was put at ease throughout the process and encouraged to be myself and ask questions. The feedback I received from Shab was really thorough and informative, and unsuccessful candidates are encouraged to reapply after 6 months.
