Professional, relaxed and interesting. The people at simply business came across approachable which allowed me to be my self in the time I was there. I would say it was the best interview I have been to.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Simply Business (Northampton, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
there were two stages to the interview. A 45 minute role play session, and then a further 45 mins competency questioning for part 2. It was a different experience, and the people who interviewed and done the role play were very friendly and put me at ease which got rid of the nerves.

The interview process was straight forward, I didn’t get nervous because the interviewees didn’t allow me to be, I felt comfortable. Part 1 was a role play and part 2 was based Competency-based

i found the whole process quite open and comfortable I also enjoyed being able to be with other possible applicants as this allowed a time for us to show our communication skills in team settings also
