I am sorry you had a negative experience with SimplyInsured. We did not have a Lead Product Designer role open this year at all, so perhaps you are mistaken? As the HRBP, I personally contact every person we interview via email to let them know we are not proceeding and each person who interviews has my email address to contact directly with questions. I do not ghost or just not respond to those who meet with any of our team members as I respect everyone's time and value their consideration of our organization.
