Interview
Screening to Callback happened very fast. The whole team was responsive. Questions were typical, no hard balls. You should always be prepared to talk about any relevant experience you have on your resume. Try to be real and true to yourself and respond to the questions in a genuine manner.
Second round interview involves asking very technical questions about M&A processes, governance rights and transaction documents. All questions were hypothetical technical questions - not really about your experience; it's about whether you are familiar with the field you are going into.

6 rounds of 30min, one after the other and final HR interview. Overall good questions, seniors are more difficult to get through but team was very nice and if you are well prepared you should be able to do well

The interview was fairly straightforward- also challenging however that is to be expected, It lasted for about an hour and included questions about my experience, ambitions, reasons for applying as well as some technical scenarios.
