Interview
There were a couple rounds of interviews. First by phone, then an in person. If you make it that far then they may have you do a on air tryout. They are thorough but very nice.
The interview process was a simple phone call about my prior experience. I knew the chief, which I think was a bonus. The call was with the news director, and it was a short call.
