Quick process once we connected (about 1 week). Lauren, the recruiter was easy to work with and very flexible with scheduling, even across international time zones. We spoke for 45-60 min. on the phone. It seemed to go well, casual and conversational. She explained they may need someone faster than I was available but she'd look into it. She then followed up within days with a kind, email explaining they need someone sooner and that it didn't make sense to proceed at this time. If she is representative of the type people who work at the company, it seems like a great place to work with smart and kind employees working towards a common goal of making the company as successful as possible-- as fast as possible.
