Interview
Phone screening with recruiter then moved on to interview with my potential manager. The manager asked questions about career path. Did not receive offer. I explained I wanted to be challenged but role was described as being repetitive.

Easy. I applied online. Got a call back within a week. They hire on the spot if you have customer service experience. Interviewed in person. Took about two weeks or less.
The process included a Pre-recorded round followed by a phone screen. Then there were two back-to-back 30 min interviews with two team members each. The questions were pretty straightforward and easy to answer.

Interview
Very industry standard. I met with HR first where they asked me high-level questions about my experience and why I'm interested in the job. I then met with several people from my team, including my manager. They mainly asked about my digital experience.
