Starts off by getting an email after your online application submission asking for 30 minutes time to talk on the phone to a recruiter. The recruiter is mostly looking for clarification of you background as it relates to the job opening to make sure its time well spent pursuing interview process with you so look at the job description and tailor all your answers toward how your background relates to the job opening.
If phone screening goes well, there is a follow up request for an in person interview. I was supposed to meet with 4 different folks but one dropped out at the last minutes so ended up meeting with VP Automotive Systems Integration, Program Manager, VP Program / Project Management.
If that goes well, you will be asked to come back for one more in person interview with SVP & GM of Connected Services Platform. I only had 15 minutes of his time so make sure you get to the point of why you are a good fit.
After that, if you are good fit, you will get a call from the recruiter with offer details followed up by email with the offer letter and benefit package. If you decide to accept, there is a lengthy background check that they use an external company for. In my opinion this company is worthless! I ended up having to provide much of my background proof (pay stubs, contact info, tax returns, etc.) and their final report had discrepancies all over it but it didnt end up cost me the job of anything. If background is clear, within a day you will get a welcome message and an onboarding online application that you have to fill out.
All and all, positive experience. Not a challenging interview at all if you are prepared.
