SiriusXM Operations Manager interview questions

Very Long, Very slow process. Interfaced approximately weekly with recruiter in Dallas, phone interview with hiring manager, in person interview with 2 peers and hiring manager. Also met with the local HR representative. The in person interview was held at the offices in Washington DC and took 4 hours. I was subsequently told a person with better qualifications was selected. Several weeks later I noted the position open on the website again so I contacted the recruiter. I was told the highly qualified candidate had fallen through but they "were going with other candidates".
