Sixt interview questions

Skype interview followed by interview at headquarters. Everyone was very young and very friendly. Skype interview was pretty short and general. Second interview was much longer, somewhat casual but required some problem solving and analytical thinking

I had a short phone screening and then called in for an interview. The interview was held in a room that was free standing so the AC was pretty limited. The HR girl and the manager (from Germany so English was limited) were the ones conducting the interview. I could tell she was new to the field and really trying but both were just reading questions from a paper and didn't know how to make the interview a dialogue. As it turns out there internal processes seemed disorganized and the role was finance based so I became disinterested really quickly between that and the interview style.
