Phone screen with a recruiter, then a meeting with the hiring manager. The hiring manager didn't ask me any questions, and proceeded to fill most of the allotted time talking about the product, and how "chaotic" the work environment is and why he thinks the job isn't "meant for everyone". He said they have never had an outside hire, though they were recruiting from outside the company. Gave me time to ask some questions, but he never asked me any questions about my experience or what I'm looking for in order to determine if it would be a good fit. The interview had no structure. This came off as a huge interview bias, and shows the subjective nature of their interviewing process.
