Skillz Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Lengthy 7 rounds 1) Hackerrank exam (not too difficult) 2) Systems Design interview (by experienced devs) 3) Technical interview (less experienced devs) 4) Manager interview one (culture fit / technical skillz check) 5) Manager interview two (culture fit / technical skillz check) 6) Upper level manager interview (did not seem to care about the interview. Was merely present and did not ask me any questions. I had to do most of the talking) At this point before the final round, they pulled a bait and switch and said they would only offer me 70% of my original proposed compensation. I promptly pulled out of the interview and cancelled the last round.
