Interview Process was quick and easy, friendly and not intimidating. However there is a HUGE disconnect between the recruiters and the management. Once I was given an offer and got to training, I felt like a number.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
