I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Santa Barbara, CA) in Jan 2017
Interview
After applying online you see the list of available open houses to go interview at, you 1st arrive for an overview of the company and its culture, policies, growth and given the chance to ask questions of your own, from there you are sent on a 10-15 minute break and asked to prepare a 60 second speech on "what makes you a great flight attendant". Once everyone has gone up and presented we make a group round of applause and are sent on a 30-45 minute break and when we came back there was a paper posted of the people they want to see for a one on one...everyone else is unfortunately sent home and offered a chance to return and try again after a 90-day waiting period
