I applied online. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Austin, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
I thought the interview process was a bit intimidating. First thing you have to do is stand in front of 50 people or more/or less depends on how many show up, in my case, it was 65 and give a one minute spill on why you want to be a flight attendant. If you have no fear of public speaking then you are good, but if you are anything like me(I suck), please practice, practice, practice but don't sound scripted. Also, don't go pass the one minute. I can't say anymore about the process because I did not get picked for the next step but the good thing is you can reapply in 90 days which I plan on doing and this time, I will be ready to give a glowing one minute BS explanation on why I want to be a flight attendant. Good Luck!!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
