I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines
Interview
After submitting my resume, I was invited to a group interview event. This event began with an overview of the duties and salary associated with this role, as well as telling when the training would be held. During the group interview, each person was invited to stand up before the rest of the group and tell why they would make a good flight attendant - in 1 minute or less. After everyone had their turn, we were dismissed for a 45 minute break. After the break, a list for face-to-face interviews was posted on the door. If you look at other interview reviews, you will see multiple questions there - I wasn't asked any other types of questions (other than about things on my resume). We were then told that we would be informed within 2 weeks if we were hired. I was told within 1 week that I was not hired at this time but could apply again in 90 days.

Question 1
What do you think would be the hardest thing for you about being a flight attendant?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
