Interview
I went to the Palm Springs interview. The beginning is an informational session. Next you do your 60 second speech on why you would be a good flight attendant. Answer THAT question only. Don't go off topic into your personal life (which they'll tell you in the beginning) Focus on the importance of safety and customer service. Also dress the part. I wore everything a flight attendant wears from head to toe they LOVED it and everyone thought I was already a FA. Address everyone there not just the interviewing staff and Smile . Practice a natural smile and it's okay to be nervous just breathe and relax.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
