A group interview, followed with a one on one if you passed! It was my first time at a flight attendant open house/interview because I wanted to see what the process is like... so much positive energy that I truly felt in my element:)

Question 1
What quality do you think all flight attendants should have?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
