I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
Applied online. Attended group interview. After they explain about the company, you go up to the front and you have 60 seconds to answer why you would be a great flight attendant. Relax and speak candidly. Don't memorize a speech too hard, just talk to them about your past work experience. Be personable and smile. After everyone is done, you go on a 45 minute break. They put a list up if you made it to the face to face interview. I didn't make it to the f2f; there were so many amazing speakers in my group, I honestly didn't expect to make it after everyone was done lol. I'm going to try again in 90 days.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.
