Interview
Hey! I was at the Cincinnati one on 1/16/18 and there was about 16 of us and I made it to the final six for the one on one interview! You just get up in front of the room and say why you would make a great SkyWest flight attendant. The process was smooth and easy but I’m still waiting to hear back from the and it’s been two weeks and two days :/ I emailed them yesterday and still haven’t heard a response. Just wondering if it’s taken that long for other people as well?

Interview
They call it group interview but many people are in 1 big room meeting recruiters one on one. Make sure to do everything they tell you to do before going to a group interview.

Interview
The interview process was a new experience for me and I learned a few things about myself, some good and some maybe not as good. All in all my experience was very pleasant, I felt that even with my quirky personality that the SkyWest Interviewer was very gracious and accepting of these differences which made the prospects of working for SkyWest seem more pleasing. I look forward to advancing my career at SkyWest in future and encourage anyone who may be interested in being a Flight Attendant to try it out with SkyWest!

In the event that you find yourself having to deal with a fussy child who refuses to be seated how would you respond to this situation?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SkyWest Airlines (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2019
Interview
The day I went for a interview the process went smooth at the beginning. They will take your height, and than do a small orientation about their companies. However, the interview was a bit disappointed for me. Since it wasn’t a lot of people (50+) it was decided to be a individual interview. There was five recruiters that will take one by one to the same room.
When it was my turn I feel like I just walked into a loud and noisy room following this lady. We sat at the corner, but not too far from another interviewer behind me and at the very far to my left. When the lady start asking me questions I felt like I was having a hard time hearing her because of all the other recruiters/applicants. I think it was a mess and ridiculous that we all have to be in the same room. I literally have to wait and stopped at one point when another person who was right behind me was talking too loud that was needed to resume after he/she was done talking. When you’re interviewing someone you shouldn’t rush the person for answer because to be honest that was how my interview went. Maybe look more cheerful and pretend to be a interested person.
I didn’t get the job because there was one question I didn’t answer rightfully. I never been on a airplane before so that is probably why I fail the interview.m, and because some general questions regarding to taking a flight on the airplane. But that’s okay because i want to keep trying the next time. Overall it was a good experiences.
