Interview
An online application is required before attending an open interview held by Skywest. I attended my open interview: February 2018. There is a two week window after your in person interview before getting the results, Unlike some other companies that will give you a job offer the same day of your face-to-face interview. I am currently waiting for any news. I will say that this experience interviewing with Skywest was a lot of fun. I like the idea of an open interview. Question 1
Cannot disclose interview questions but something that will help is being enthusiastic about relocating. "Would you be willing to relocate for this flight attendant position?"
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
