Attended a group interview event near LAX. Was asked to answer what would make me a good flight attendant in front of the group in 60 seconds or less. There were approximately 50 potential candidates and 6-8 SkyWest staff members. 10-12 were then choses based on resumes and responses for 1-on-1 interviews with staff. I received an invitation to training via email in 6 days.
