Recruiter friendly company. They are not trying to intimidate you. It is exactly how everyone says it is. They give you an informational presentation and go over the requirements to make sure it is the best fit for you as well. Then everyone has a turn to try their best 1 min presentation of themselves.

Why would you make a great flight attendant for Skywest?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
