Interview
I attended the open interview in Atlanta. You are told to stand in front of everyone and tell them “why would you make a good flight attendant” in 60 seconds or under. After that if you are chosen, you will get a Face To Face. I was one of the 12 ppl chosen for the face. The one on one was easy. They asked you questions to get to know you and your employment history. After 2 weeks i received my CJO.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
