Interview
You must do the online application first. Then review the website for a hiring event near you. Be on time! They will not allow late arrivals. The doors open up an hr before the start time..depending on how many people come out will depend on how long you will be there. The first part they will go over the company with you. After that everyone will have a chance to show why they should work for Skywest. You will have a break and they will come back with who gets the 1 on 1 interviews. If you are chosen you will interview and be free to go. I got my CJO 3 weeks after my interview.

All questions are customer service based. As well as scenarios.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
