Interview
Detailed, proficient, thorough. You will spend at a minimum 6.5 hours interviewing come the day of the actual interview. There is the company over view and group introduction then you go into a CRM scenario where the lowest time person will be the captain. The event is timed. You have under ten minutes to make conscious sound decisions after exhausting all resources for potential problem solving and SA. Then the HR interview begins, and finally the technical interview will close out the day.

Interview was about 2.5 hours. Very straightforward if you use airline interviews. Very friendly as well. If you don’t know the answer just admit it or ask them to rephrase.

The interview is normally a two hour technical interview that details everything sent in a prior email. HR questions may or may not be a few simple questions about demographic.

Interview was 1 hour 45 min. I recommend studying before the interview as it was fairly technical for systems questions. Study Jepp charts to include airport diagram, SIDS, STARS. We also dove into weather quite a bit.
