Interview
I sent in an application on January 27 and then about a week later went to the open interviews they were holding in my city. Since it was such a small group, everyone got to do 1on1’s. I remembered to smile, point out my strengths and have a genuine conversation. After that, she told I’d be receiving an email saying whether or not I got the position and the training date. I got my CJO Friday, Feb. 28th and my class starts in May!!!
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
