Clear, concise, practical application - professional & thorough. Thinking back, I thought the procedure and set up were user-friendly with the video interview process. I found It to be pretty easy just like a normal interview just more steps to take. Thinking critically is a must because they will ask questions about situations that you haven’t been in before. Remember it’s customer service.
