Interview
It was pretty straightforward: an application, a survey of questions pertaining to handling stressful situations and safety precautions/procedures, and then a video interview. Although the questions were not particularly difficult, they took some critical thinking.

Question 1
Describe a time when you prevented a safety hazard.
Do you believe safety procedures are important or just slow operations?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Interview
Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
