Interview
Probably the best and most efficient FA interview you’ll ever have. It took me a total of 2 days to get hired. I applied Sunday morning. Monday they sent me about 15 questions making sure I am able and willing to adhere to the lifestyle of a flight attendant. After the yes/no questions they give you the choice of a self paced one way interview or a group F2F interview. I chose the video. They asked 7 basic standard questions. Tuesday night I received the CJO. Now three weeks later to the day I am here in SLC for training! All other airlines took months.
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
