Apply online, then get invited to do quick assessment, then a video interview composed of about 7-8 questions you have 2 minutes to answer and one retake for each. Then for reasons unknown because they are unhelpful they reject you and give you zero feedback as to why, leaving it open ended from performance on the interview to color of your skin color.

Why would you leave your current job to become a flight attendant?
It was a virtual one on one and after this process they alerted me of my training date a week later. The process was so pretty seemless and the company is good to work for but any little mistake you make you can be out.
The interview process was quick and easy. The recruiters were nice and answered all of my questions. They explained how the benefits worked and were very knowledgeable and the company.

Most of the interview involved picking apart my previous work experience. Asked a few basic questions, they are just looking for a certain look. It’s obvious. My look did not fit the part
