Interview
HR portion very straight forward, no compex questions. Technical portion easy so long as you are prepared- know your high speed aerodynamics, basics of advanced systems, weather, and the IFR environment well.

SkyWest’s interview process felt professional, welcoming, and well organized. Recruiters communicated clearly, valued candidates’ time, and created a supportive atmosphere. Questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing personalities and experience to shine. Overall, the process reflected the company’s strong culture, high standards, and genuine commitment to employee success and long-term growth
Very relaxed. Had to prepare a lot on the topics addressed, but the interview was relatively straight forward with the studying I had done. I felt good in the interview and really was able to ask a lot of questions, learn more about the company, and it allowed me to know this is where I wanted to go.
