Overall a very simple interview process. There were two rounds, both largely behavioral with some technical questions - none were too difficult. There was also an assesment right after the 2nd interview that essentially asks you to problem-solve some aviation situations. While my knowledge was very limited in this industry, they were very understanding about this. Knowing a little about flight planning does help, but it mainly tests your problem solving skills. Unfortunately, despite the positive interview experience and the friendly interviewers, I was unable to take the position. However, I would recommend applying if you are looking for something entry level - and you're willing to relocate to St. George, Utah.
