I went to one of the hiring events that was held at a hotel. ***Be prepared to go through 10 years of your work history, and why you left those companies during the f2f***
I have a lot of work history, so we went through the last 10 years, and why I left every single company. Let me reiterate, I WAS ASKED WHY I LEFT EVERY SINGLE COMPANY I WORKED AT. I just want to know why this information is important to them. Every job that I've left was voluntary, I just found it counterproductive to actually get to know me, since that took up the majority of the face-to-face. I worked for two mainline carriers, (not inflight), I was asked why I didn't go in-flight with those carriers. Y'all know how competitive this space is correct? It's nearly impossible. One of the carriers I worked for, I got hired at the beginning of COVID. No one was hiring flight attendants then. My other jobs, they don't need to know why I left for my own personal reasons outside of the company. Although she did ask me several situational questions. I was not a fan of this process although they were very nice.
