The interview went smoothly and had three rounds. I explained my skills and experience well, and the interviewers were kind and supportive throughout. They also encouraged me during the process. However, I wish they had informed me directly that I wasn’t selected after three rounds. Instead, they ghosted me, and I only got an automated email about it after 1.5 to 2 months.
