After applying online I waited approximately 4 days before a questionnaire was sent to me. It was about 5 questions and asked about basic customer service skills and to "describe a time" etc. I received an email a week later saying that they will not go ahead with me...and that I was not to ask the reasoning as to why I didn't go ahead (which was weird to me)
