The interview process was quite smooth. It wasn't too difficult but they had decided to pursue other candidates because my performance was slightly worse (they were fair enough to share this). The recruiter had a very calm and composed personality and the questions asked mostly related to "Why and How" at Slack and from the CV.

Submitted the resume, and got an email saying I'm on the next round. Then I got a Codility exercise, 3 tasks to finish in 2 hours. I passed two tasks' tests, but didn't pass the other one.
