I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
One phone screen, one phone interview, and then one on site interview with the team. Very smooth and streamlined experience especially for an out of state recruit. The actual onsite interview consisted of 8 or so individual conversations with the different related teammates. All in all one of the best interview experiences I've had.

First you interview with the recruiter. My interview was pretty informal and casual at a coffee shot. It was followed by an interview with a Slalom consultant and then with a consultant manager. The interviews are centered around your skill set and personality fit.
