I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Slalom (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2013
Interview
Started with a phone screen from a recruiter. Then interviewed on site at the prospective client's office with a team of 3 other consultants. Finally there were in-person interviews with two managing directors at their headquarters.
Overall it was very congenial, interactive and informal. I felt like I had a good understanding of the company and the position (and vice-versa) at the end of the process which helped to make a quick decision.

I applied online. I interviewed at Slalom (Santa Monica, CA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
