I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Tysons Corner, VA) in Feb 2018
Interview
The interview process was smooth, transparent, and really positive. I started with an informational coffee with one of the DC office's wonderful recruiters, followed by a phone screening focused on technical capabilities (for Slalom's Delivery Leadership practice). After that, my next step was a series of in-person interviews in the Slalom DC office, focused primarily on behavioral elements (interests, past experience, cultural fit). My final step was a meeting with the office's general manager.
Thank you for taking a minute to leave a review of your experience interviewing with Slalom. We strive to give all candidates a positive experience via a smooth and transparent process and are so happy to see that this was the case for you. Congratulations on your offer and decision to join Slalom!
