Very laid back and informal interview process. Wasn’t your typical structure of Q&A interview questions, more of a general conversation. The entire of demeanor of the (LA) office was very professional and welcoming.

I was refereed to Slalom by a current employee, whom I meant at a conference. Slalom likes to see excited and engaged prospects. After connecting to the recruiter I had 3 interviews. The interviews were mostly based on my personality, experience, and technical questions.
