Phone interview with recruiter. Followed by in-person with recruiter. Technical in-person interview. Finished with a three interview super-day. The interviewers were all very polite while also digging deep and trying to get in-depth answers to their questions. The super-day after the technical interview was more situational with only a few technical questions.

Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
