I saw the job spec online and got in touch with one of the Talent Acquisition team. We connected and spoke on the phone quickly and I was invited to come in and meet the team for several interviews when relevant people would be in London from the Seattle office. Everyone I met at Slalom was great and shared information about the company and role very openly. The process was enjoyable - more like a conversation than an assessment - with regular, clear contact from the Talent team. I received an offer quickly and was pleased with it.
