I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Slalom
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and suggested we setup a call. This later led to a technical phone interview and then 2 rounds of in-person interviews. It was nice to meet a variety of people (1 on 1) to get a sense of the culture. Everything was natural and comfortable.
I appreciated how thorough the process was and felt they truly wanted to get to know me and my personal and professional goals.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us! It's always great to hear that the experience you have as a candidate is consistent with what life is like at Slalom. Welcome to the team!
Other Technology Delivery Owner Interview Reviews for Slalom
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Slalom (Silver Spring, MD) in Dec 2021
Interview
This was an odd interview experience. I was contacted by Slalom for a Technology Delivery Owner position through LinkedIn and I subsequently interviewed with two potential colleagues. When I met with the hiring manager, I learned that they decided to consider me for a different position without asking if it’s something I wanted to do. He also informed me that they needed to make sure there was a place for me, so they kept adding more people for me to interview with.
Ultimately, they never filled the position they were considering me for, nor did they follow-up with me in January as promised with new opportunities.
This is an example as to why candidates are growing frustrated with employers. Why contact me, put me through several interviews, but have no position to offer? I had high hopes for Slalom, but my experience with them had left a bad taste in my mouth. My advice to other candidates is that if you see red flags, don’t be afraid to walk away.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Slalom? Which was sort of an odd question since they contacted me through LinkedIn. Instead, I asked then why I should work for them.
