I was contacted through LinkedIn. Had a nice chat with the recruiter for screening over the zoom call for an undecided position. First 60 min Technical Screening interview (over zoom) got scheduled in one week. Interviewer was pretty unprepared about the questions to ask, he was literally searching it over the web while interviewing me. The very first question he asked wasn't completely clear to him, after a point he just kept the question aside and moved on saying he was not sure about the question. Rest of the interview was good, although the questions were being search over the web in real time. I answered 100% of rest of the questions correctly. 4 days later I get the rejection over the same question, which was unclear to the interviewer and was put aside. Apparently, 99% of correct answers was completely ignored over 1% of unclear question. Terrible experience. It's a waste of time for experienced candidates.
