Met great people, was efficient, had about 3 rounds - recruiter, team member, leader. Met leader twice and talked through offer 2nd time in person. Recruiter was transparent and quick to respond. Overall great experience.
Everyone was extremely friendly and it felt like I was talking to family. Such a lovely experience and great company! I appreciate everyone's kindness and great interview questions. I felt put at ease and supported immediately.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Slalom (Manchester, England) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview process wasn't overly formal and each interview was very conversational and laid back. I was asked questions about my experience and what I am looking for in a job but nothing to grill me or catch me out. They were genuinely interested in hearing about what I wanted from a job and a company. I had an initial recruiter phone call followed by an interview with the UK Talent Acquisition Director and then another phone call with a Senior Manager.
