I enjoyed my time interviewing with Slalom. I was connected to the right people. Since I felt at ease, the interviews felt more like conversations with colleagues.
Overall, the process involved two rounds, where I was in close contact with the recruiter and was never left in the dark.

Question 1
Slalom really wanted to know why I was interested in consulting, specifically Slalom. They genuinely wanted to make sure that Slalom was the best next step for my career.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Interview
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
